The programme commenced with student registration, followed by the inaugural session. The inaugural session was graced by distinguished industry experts, Mr. Rahul Vatish, Head – Human Resources, and Mr. Amit Rawat, Senior Manager – Production, Intas Pharmaceuticals and shared valuable insights into the pharmaceutical industry. Students were introduced to the university’s academic framework, articulation matrix, CO/PO/PSO, and Bloom’s Taxonomy. Sessions on examination information, ERP facilities, CRC, IQAC, anti-ragging, grievance redressal, gender sensitization, and drug-free living were also conducted to familiarize students with institutional systems, policies, and responsible campus behavior.
To provide practical exposure, an industrial visit to Himalayan Wellness and DNA Labs CRIS- Centre was organized. Students also participated in an interactive Cyberwise campus session, which focused on creating a culture of digital safety and responsible technology use. An alumni interaction and entrepreneurship session enabled students to gain insights into career development and professional opportunities.
The programme promoted holistic development through yoga, Zumba, sports, ice-breaking, creative, and cultural activities. Competitions encouraged innovation, teamwork, and self-expression, while the Gas-Free Food Stall and Small Business Venture activities fostered creativity, entrepreneurship, leadership, and practical business skills among students.
Sessions on human values, professional ethics, DSW clubs, societies, and bridge courses enhanced students’ ethical awareness, engagement, and academic preparedness. Deeksharambh 2026 concluded with feedback, a bridge test, and valedictory session, fostering confidence, discipline, creativity, professional awareness, and a strong sense of belonging to UIPS.
