The School of Applied and Life Sciences (SALS) organized an Alumni Meet on 14 August 2026 with the objective of strengthening the bond between the institution and its alumni and providing a platform for meaningful interaction, networking, and knowledge exchange. The event brought together alumni, faculty members, and students in an atmosphere of warmth, enthusiasm, and shared memories.
The occasion was graced by Dr. Ajay Singh, Director, School of Applied and Life Sciences, whose presence added significance to the event. He highlighted the important role of alumni in the growth and development of the institution and encouraged them to remain actively connected with their alma mater. Alumnus from different branches and batches like Mr. Sohan Singh, Ms. Kratika Vasistha and Ms. Ashiya Naaz graced the occasion. The interaction also emphasized the valuable contributions alumni can make through mentorship, career guidance, industry linkages, research collaborations, internships, and professional networking.
The event provided an opportunity for alumni to reconnect with their teachers and peers, share their professional experiences, and interact with the present generation of students. Ms. Mukta Tomar anchored the event while the event was coordinated by Dr. Shivam Pandey, Dr. Jerin James, and Mr. Devesh Tiwari, whose efforts contributed to the successful organization of the programme.
