Delivering an inspiring session on the theme “From Hospitality Student to Global Career: Skills that Made the Difference,” Mr Ayush Thapa reflected on his transformative journey from the classrooms of USHHM to achieving international success in the hospitality industry. He highlighted the dynamic learning environment of the university and emphasised the pivotal skills and strategies that helped him excel on the global stage.
Mr Thapa acknowledged the unwavering guidance and motivation of the faculty, which, he noted, played a vital role in shaping his professional path. The session concluded with an engaging Q&A, during which he addressed career-related queries, shared his experiences with international placements, and offered insights on maintaining work-life balance.
On the occasion, Prof (Dr) Manish Badoni, Director, USHHM, congratulated Mr Thapa on his commendable achievements, remarking that alumni success stories continue to inspire and guide aspiring hospitality professionals.
