On August 19, 2025, the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), Uttaranchal University, coordinated an important interaction with the leadership of QS I-GAUGE. The meeting was held in the University Board Room commencing at 3:15 PM, in the esteemed presence of:

- Ms. Ankita Joshi, Vice President, Uttaranchal University
- Prof. Dharam Buddhi, Vice Chancellor, Uttaranchal University
- Er. Rajesh Deorari, Director, IQAC
- Er. Sudhir Jugran, Assistant Manager, IQAC
From QS I-GAUGE, the meeting was graced by Mr. Ravin Nair, Managing Director and Mr. Cyril Benz, Associate Director, Client Relations.
The session began with a warm welcome by Director IQAC, Er. Rajesh Deorari, followed by a felicitation ceremony, where the QS dignitaries were presented with saplings as a token of respect and sustainability.
Setting the agenda, Director IQAC highlighted the University’s commitment to international standards of quality and provided a concise walkthrough of the institution’s key achievements and milestones. In response, Mr. Cyril Benz elaborated on the QS I-GAUGE methodology and the comprehensive framework for assessment and ratings, providing clarity on various procedural aspects.
The discussions were highly insightful, with the University’s top leadership engaging in constructive dialogue and seeking clarifications on the QS benchmarking process. The meeting concluded on a positive note, with a collective optimism to accelerate the University’s journey towards QS I-GAUGE Ratings.
