Alumni Meet organised by Uttaranchal Institute of Management, Uttaranchal University

 

Uttaranchal Institute of Management, Uttaranchal University, orchestrated the Alumni Meet on 18 November 2023. The event unfolded a vibrant platform for alumni from various batches to reunite, reconnect and rejuvenate their ties with the alma mater. 

Dr. Tilottama Singh, HoD, UIM, Uttaranchal University welcomed the alumnis of UIM. Distinguished alumni of Batch 2008, Mr. Savya Sachi Soam, Mr. Sandeep Sivach (DGC Commissionery, Meerut), Ms. Swati Malhotra Rana (Manager of FCI) and Mr. Vikrant Singh Bhadana (Sub Inspector in UP Police), took the stage to deliver inspiring keynote speeches, reflecting on their journeys since graduating from UIM. Engaging discussions held a lively and interactive atmosphere, adding to the overall vibrancy of the event. 120 alumni attended the event. 

Dr. Anil Singh Chauhan & Dr. Bipin Kandpal a senior faculty member, UIM bestowed his heartfelt blessings upon the Alumnis. Their presence and words enriched the event, symbolized the enduring connection between the faculty and the alumni community.  

The Alumni Meet 2023 was more than a mere event. It was a “UU” celebration of success, a testament to the enduring spirit of UIM, and a reiteration of the institute's commitment to fostering lifelong relationships. The success of the event reflected the continued excellence of UIM and the impact it has had on the lives and careers of its graduates. 

Further the Alumni Annual General Meeting 2023 presided over by Prof. Rajesh Bahuguna, the Pro Vice-Chancellor and Dr. Abhishek Joshi, the Head of Alumni, Uttaranchal University. It was an interactive session where suggestions and ideas were discussed, fostering a collaborative environment for alumni to contribute to the ongoing growth and development. He discussed to organize future alumni meets in further metro cities like Delhi, Chandigarh, Bengaluru etc. 

As the alumni departed, there was a sense of happiness, togetherness, and shared pride in being part of the UIM tradition. Dr. Pooja Soni, Alumni Coordinator, UIM, extended the vote of thanks.
