School of Agriculture (SOA) Celebrated National Science Day, 2023

 

School of Agriculture (SOA) celebrated National Science Day, 2023 on 28th February 2023 under the aegis of the Cultural Committee, SOA. The theme of National Science Day, 2023 was 'Global Science for Global Wellbeing'. Students of UG and PG Degree Programme of Agriculture participated in Poster Making and Presentation Competition. Prof (Dr) Mahipal Singh, Dean SOA gave an introductory speech and welcomed all the attendees of the event. Dr Rajendra Prasad, Head of the Department addressed the participants. The event was coordinated by the members of Discipline Committee and Cultural Committee, SOA. Ms Riya Thapa and Ms Riju Pandey, semester VI compered the event. The students beautifully engraved their ideas on the theme.  At last, the vote of thanks was proposed by Dr Rachna Juyal, Event Coordinator and appreciated the effort of everyone.
