Hospitality Club of Uttaranchal School of Hotel & Hospitality Management, Uttaranchal University organised an Online Workshop on Awareness Program on Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) by Dr. Manoj Kumar Singh from CGPDTM, DPIIT, and Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India on February 27, 2023 for Hotel Management students, under the guidance of Mr. Manish Badoni, Principal, USHHM, Uttaranchal University.
Dr. Manoj Kumar Singh form CGPDTM, DPIIT, and Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India was the guest speaker for the session.
The one day workshop was well structured, focused and result oriented. The workshop focus on different aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs), Conversion of the research/project works into Patents and Hands-on-Training on patent searches for Innovations. This workshop will bring a positive transformation in the Faculty member’s attitude in their UG/PG Projects and research works and get them more focused as well as result oriented.
All Hotel Management students and faculty members attended the workshop. The session ended with the questions and answers session. Students asked questions and cleared all doubts. At the end vote of thanks was proposed by Mr. Manish Badoni, Principal, USHHM.
