The School of Applied & Life Sciences, Uttaranchal University, organised an insightful session on “Mulya Pravah 2.0: Human Values and Professional Ethics” on 13 August 2026 at the Seminar Hall. The session aimed to sensitise students towards the importance of human values, ethical conduct, professional responsibility, and value-based decision-making in academic and professional life.
The session featured an informative PPT presentation delivered by Dr. Shipra Shah, who elaborated on the core principles of Mulya Pravah 2.0 and highlighted the significance of integrity, empathy, responsibility, respect, and ethical behaviour in building a harmonious and responsible society. The presentation encouraged students to reflect on how human values can guide their personal as well as professional choices.
Prof. Ajay Singh , Director SALS, addressed the gathering and emphasised the importance of incorporating ethical values and responsible conduct into everyday life. His address motivated students to become conscientious professionals and responsible citizens.
The session was designed to be interactive. Students enthusiastically participated in discussions, shared their views and responses, and reflected on the relevance of human values and professional ethics in their personal and professional lives.
Prof. Nishesh Sharma, Dr. Indra Rautela, Dr. Maneesha Pandey, and Ms. Meenu were also present during the session and actively participated in the discussions. Their valuable interaction, along with the enthusiastic participation of the students, contributed to making the session engaging and meaningful.
