The Department of Civil Engineering at Uttaranchal Institute of Technology (UIT), Uttaranchal University, organized a virtual "CEO's Interaction with Students – Adani Cement FutureX" on Wednesday. The session featured Mr. Vinod Bahety, CEO of Adani Cement, who addressed students on the theme "Strength & Trust: A Roadmap to Succeed in Professional and Personal Life." The programme was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Gaurav Thakur, Head, Department of Civil Engineering, and coordinated by Mr. Vinod Balmiki and Mr. Loknath Kumar, Assistant Professors in the department.
Addressing the participants, Mr. Bahety emphasized the importance of leadership, integrity, resilience, and continuous learning in building successful careers. He encouraged students to develop technical expertise along with strong ethical values and communication skills to meet the evolving demands of the engineering profession.
