On December 12, 2025, Uttaranchal University celebrated its Convocation and Alumni Meet. The ceremony was attended by Master of Public Health (MPH) and Master of Hospital Administration (MHA) students from Uttaranchal College of Health Sciences (UCHS), marking the completion of their academic journey. It was graced by the esteemed presence of Lt. General Gurmit Singh (Retd.), Hon'ble Governor of Uttarakhand.
The Convocation went beyond the formal conferral of degrees, offering alumni a meaningful opportunity to reconnect and reflect on their time at UCHS. The integrated Alumni Meet fostered a warm, collegial atmosphere where former students reconnected, shared experiences, and relived cherished memories. The programme began with a formal welcome and an inaugural address by the Director, UCHS, who highlighted the institution’s journey and the vital role of alumni, setting a reflective and inspiring tone.
Engaging activities encouraged interaction and created a lively environment. Alumni shared their professional journeys, offering valuable guidance and motivation to junior students, who actively engaged with them. The gathering turned nostalgic, with conversations revisiting classroom moments and friendships. Beyond academic exchange, the meet became a space for reflection and bonding, with alumni and teachers capturing memories through photographs. The event concluded with renewed connections and a strengthened sense of belonging to the institution.
