Chef Gaurav, a leading culinary expert from the renowned EVUNA group of Spanish restaurants in Manchester, United Kingdom delivered an engaging lecture today at the USHHM on 25 April 2025. The session, titled “Exploring International Hospitality Career Paths” attracted students eager to gain insights from his global experience in the culinary and hospitality industry. 

Drawing from his rich background with EVUNA and international exposure, Chef Gaurav emphasized the importance of cultural adaptability, continuous learning, and passion in pursuing a successful hospitality career. He discussed real-world experiences from working in diverse culinary environments and highlighted how the UK’s dynamic food scene, especially in Manchester, serves as a platform for aspiring professionals. 


The lecture also included a Q&A session, where students interacted directly with Chef Guarav, gaining practical advice on navigating global opportunities and building personal brand value in hospitality. 

Dr Manish Badoni, Director, USHHM praised the session as “inspiring and eye-opening,” and expressed gratitude to Chef Gurav for motivating the next generation of hospitality leaders.
