Jhankar...Cultural Club of USHHM organised chef Competition on 04 March 2025 to provide a platform for the upcoming future chefs to demonstrate their culinary creativity, presentation and innovative skills on plate with the theme of “India Meets International: Culinary Flavours”.During the competition 09 teams with along with 30 students participated in this competition and presented their global culinary flavour skills.
Kumkum, Arpit Kahyap & Pushp Lakheria BHMCT IV Semester won the culinary flavour competition taking first place. Avinash kumar BHMCT VI Semester & Sumit Kumar BHMCT II Semester took second place respectively. As a jury, Dr Vikas Jakhmola, Director, UIPS, Dr Manish Badoni, Director, USHHM and Chef Kamal Singh Bisht, Assistant Professor, USHHM relsihed the dishes and evaluated the same.
Following the competition, Mr Hitendra Singh Chauhan, General Secretary, Cultural Club “Jhankar” USHHM motivated the participants and concluded the competition and applauded the event organiser Mr Kamal Singh Bisht and Event Coordinator Mr Vijay Kumar Pant, students and faculty members towards their efforts for successfully concluding the competition.
