Valedictory function of seven-day faculty induction Programme on Capacity Building & Research Skills for Teacher Educators: GURU – DAKSHTA 2024

The valedictory session of FIP GURU-DAKSHTA 2024 concluded successfully on 23 July 2024. A total number of 33 newly appointed faculty of Uttaranchal University have attended the programme. 

 

Shri Jitender Joshi, President, Uttaranchal University congratulated the organising team and Resource persons for successfully completion of the FIP. He also emphasised the role of members of faculty in university since teaching is an ethical and intellectually demanding profession.  

 

Prof (Dr) Dharam Buddhi, Vice- Chancellor addressed the inductees and expressed his expectations to take care of university as a family. He said teachers build the nation. 

 

Er Rajesh Deorari, Director IQAC also shared his expectations for making this university of World Repute. Prof (Dr) Dixit presented the report on GURU-DAKSHTA 2024. The event consisted of 12 technical sessions from the experts. 

 

At last, the inductees' participation certificate was distributed, recognizing their active and successful program completion. Resource persons were also awarded the Certificate of Appreciation.  

 

The Dignitaries present in the valedictory session were Dr Amit Bhatt, Dr Ramveer Pawar, Mr Nitin Duklan, Mr Arun Thakur, Mr Upendra Dabral, Technical and Administrative staff of IQAC, ERP and IT Cell. 

 

The session was moderated by Dr Pinki Chugh and the event concluded with the National Anthem.
