The seminar titled "Skills in the Implications of Disaster Management: From Emergency Care to Managerial Control" was organized by the Department of Civil Engineering, Uttaranchal Institute of Technology on 4 March 2024 for the engineering students. Mr Harish Chandra Singh, a distinguished Superintending Engineer from the Irrigation Department, Government of Uttarakhand, served as the keynote speaker.
