Two Days Offline Auto Desk India Design Week Training Program

The Department of Mechanical Engineering at Uttaranchal University organized a two-day offline Autodesk India Design Week Training Program in association with ICT Academy, on the 14 and 15 February 2024. The event was tailored for students of B Tech Mechanical Engineering and Aerospace Engineering in collaboration with ICT Academy. Mr Tafazul Nabi, a Senior Technical Trainer from ICT Academy delivered the session based on Autodesk Fusion 360, emphasizing its utility in learning, drafting, and participating in design and modelling activities. 

  

Ms Nishtha Chaudhary, a third-year student of B Tech, Mechanical Engineering, delivered the welcome note followed by ceremonial lamp lighting. Prof (Dr) SD Pandey, the Dean of UIT and shared valuable insights related to the workshop's objectives. Prof (Dr) Dharam Buddhi extended his best wishes to the students and the entire Faculty of the Mechanical Engineering Department for organizing the event. 

  

Mr Sanjeev Kumar Joshi, Head of Department, Mechanical Engineering highlighted the significance of software in the Aeronautical and Mechanical fields, emphasizing Autodesk Fusion 360’s comprehensive capabilities. The event was coordinated by Mr Vivek John and Mr Saurabh Aggarwal. The program concluded with a formal vote of thanks proposed by Mr Saurabh Aggarwal.
