The School of Liberal Arts organized a workshop on innovative approaches to cultivate abilities from global exposure on 30 January 2024. Shri Jitender Joshi, Chancellor Uttaranchal University welcomed the resource person Dr Yoshihiro Nakajima, Dean, School of Economics, Osaka Metropolitan University, Japan. Prof (Dr) Rajesh Bahuguna, Pro Vice Chancellor in the welcome address, assured everyone to extend all support for any future collaboration. Prof (Dr) Dharam Buddhi, Vice Chancellor also shared his opinion on Internationalization and discussed the various academic and research proposals for mutual benefit of UU and OMU.
Prof (Dr) S S Sehgal, Vice- President also extended his warm welcome to the resource person. Ms Ankita Joshi, Pro - Chancellor reiterated the importance of collaboration and assured us to extend all support in future.
Dr Yoshi interacted with the students at the School of Liberal Arts and motivated them to think beyond the box and apply SDGs in daily lives in a feasible way. It was a beneficial and interactive session for the students to understand the importance of internationalization.
