School of Agriculture (SOA) organized three days Faculty Orientation Programme under the aegis of Cultural Committee, SOA from 03 August to 07 August 2023. The objective of the programme was to bring awareness to newly joined faculty members with the functioning of Uttaranchal University. All sessions were executed as per schedule like policy of SOA, Code of Conduct, ERP functionality, Exam Cell and its functionary, Cultural Committee, Women Cell, and Discipline Committee etc. The faculty members were also informed about the varied committees and clubs of SOA along with their functioning. All sessions were lucratively organized by Dr Rachna Juyal and Dr Rajat Singh with the persuasion of Prof (Dr) Mahipal Singh, Dean, SOA and Dr Rajendra Prasad, HoD, SOA. The Dean and HoD at SOA expressed their aspiration for the Event Coordinator to arrange more such events in the future.
