Uttaranchal University and
Shivakhya Foundation signed a Memorandum of Understanding on 05 May 2023, in a
signing ceremony as part of the IQAC initiative under UNAI, Uttaranchal
University. The Registrar of Uttaranchal University, Dr. Anuj Kumar Rana, and
the Director of Shivakhya Foundation, Mrs.Sweta Upadhayaya, signed the MOM.
The event was attended by
distinguished guests including Chancellor, Shri Jitender Joshi, Vice President,
Prof. (Dr.) Satbir Singh Sehgal, Vice Chancellor, Prof. (Dr.) Dharam Buddhi,
Director IQAC, Er. Rajesh Deorari, Coordinator UNAI, Uttaranchal University,
Prof. (Dr.) Bharti Ramola, Operations Manager, Shivakhya Foundation, Mrs. Neelu
Rawat, and Team IQAC were present.
During his address, Prof. (Dr.) Dharam Buddhi emphasized the importance of a functional MOU that would benefit both parties. The event was convened by Prof. (Dr.) Bharti Ramola, who shared information about Uttaranchal University, its collaborations, and ISR activities, and accentuated the need for collaborative efforts to achieve the 10 principles of UNAI and the 17 SDGs of the United Nations. Mrs. Neelu Rawat presented an appraisal of the Shivakhya Foundation's activities. The Vice- President in his concluding note, wished for the success of the MOU.
