E-cell of Uttaranchal Institute of Management, Uttaranchal University organized a workshop on 'Agile Innovation-Innovation and Agility from the Beginning'' on 13 March 2023 in the Seminar Hall of UIM in offline mode. This workshop aimed at providing an appropriate knowledge and platform or students to encourage them about the entrepreneurial idea generation. Seminar was started by the MOC: Priyanshu Gujral student of BBA welcomed the Dean Dr Harpreet Singh Grewal, Dr Tillotamma Singh HOD Management and CA Bhasker Chakravarti Finance Coordinator/Cricket funding, Cricket Association of Uttarakhand, Affiliated by Board o fControl for cricketinIndia). Dr Tillotamma Singh offered a sapling to the speaker. The MOC Invited the speaker for the session,He gave his insight on Agileinnovation:kanbandesireinnovationisaJapanesewordmeansstartupinnovationisarapidchangeandcreativityof something. Further he emphasized on Components ofAgile: Life: Life is for entrepreneur, Shade design ,Team building, Sprints, Testing and delivery, FourD’sofagile: Discover, Define, Develop, Deliver. Agile innovation asks for agile transformation (changing thoughts). Lead your life change your life..Students asked many questions about entrepreneur, how to form a startup.
