Students witnessed all colours of India at Uttaranchal School of Journailsm and Mass Communication on Bhartiya Bhasha Diwas

On 12th December, Uttaranchal School of Journalism & Mass Communication organised an ethnic fashion show as a part of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav, the 75th year of independence.This event was organised with the objective of upholding the spirit of “EK BHARAT SHRESHTHA BHARAT” initiative.
The event started by Anjulika Ghoshal, coordinator, Media Club and representative ULC. Then there was a poem recited by   Harsh Joshi, student of 3rd year, BAJMC. Followed by which fashion show on traditional rhythm was started. Students and faculty of USJMC dressed in various Indian ethnic attires walked on the ramp created showcasing the diversity of ethnicity of India.
At the end Smriti Uniyal, faculty USJMC gave a vote of thanks. The event was graced by Dr. Jitendra Kumar Sinha, Director USJMC, Mr. Pawan Dabral and Mr. Kailash Kandwal, faculty USJMC. The event was covered by Lab Tech, Pradeep Rana.
