On 14th August 2026, Uttaranchal University’s USHHM hosted a motivating industry expert lecture as part of its induction program, Deeksharambh-2026, at the USHHM Seminar Hall. Keynote speaker Mr. Vaibhav Dubey, Senior VP & Head of Community Operations at Antara Senior Care, shared valuable perspectives on transitioning from frontline roles into executive leadership alongside Dr. Manish Badoni, Director, USHHM, faculty, and students.
