Prof. Sonal Sharma warmly welcomed the dignitaries and highlighted the transformative role of business data analytics in modern decision-making. The guest of honor and keynote speakers emphasized continuous learning, research, collaboration, and the importance of analytics in fostering innovation and strategic growth, while also sharing valuable research opportunities through IIRS. The panel discussion explored AI’s growing impact on business and workforce transformation, stressing that the future belongs to those who can effectively work with AI. The conference received over 346 research paper submissions, with quality papers selected through rigorous review. The event concluded with recognition of the Steering Committee and Organizing Committee.
