The students of M.Sc. Zoology and B.Sc. CBZ from the School of Applied and Life Sciences (SALS) undertook an educational visit to the Fisheries Centre, Dhakrani, Vikasnagar on 24 April 2026. The visit aimed to provide practical exposure to fish culture practices, hatchery management, and water quality assessment techniques. Students observed different fish species, breeding units, and feeding methods; breeding techniques enhanced their understanding of aquaculture operations. The technical staff explained the significance of sustainable fisheries and modern fish farming techniques.
