On World Poetry Day, 21 March 2025, the Literary Club of UIT, Uttaranchal University organised “Verse Voyage” a poetry competition. Students got a chance to showcase their literary talents through an online poetry competition. This event provided a platform for participants to express themselves creatively and share their poetic insights with the college community, Aayush Bisht & Bhumika Rauthan hosted the event graciously and entertained while in between the sets of the participants the platform was also made available for audiences to showcase their creativity. Prof (Dr) Anil Kumar Dixit & Dr Pinki Chugh were a source of constant support to the committee throughout the event making it a huge success. Harsh added excitement to the event by his eloquence.
The event was concluded by a vote of thanks by Rahul Rawat, member LC (UIT) upon which the accolades were given to the winners being: Anuradha Kataria – Winner, Anjani Singh - First Runner-up & Saksham Shukla - Second Runner-up. Prof (Dr) Sumit Chaudhary congratulated all the winners and encouraged the organizing team.
