Uttaranchal Institute of Technology, Uttaranchal University’s Computer Science Club (UU-CSC) successfully organized an expert talk on Robotics and Placement Guidance on 7 March 2025 at 10:30 AM in the UIT Seminar Hall. The event was aimed at preparing students for the evolving demands of the tech industry through exposure to emerging technologies and placement strategies. The session was led by Mr Vinit Dongare, an expert from Infosys specializing in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and UiPath. He shared valuable insights into automation technologies, project management, and career readiness. The seminar was attended exclusively by third-year students of UIT. The event began with a lamp-lighting ceremony and a welcome address by Prof (Dr) Sumit Chaudhary, Director, who emphasized the importance of staying updated with industry trends. Mr Dongare’s session covered key topics such as RPA, Infosys’ recruitment process, essential technical skills, and career planning. A dedicated Q&A segment allowed students to get their queries addressed directly by the speaker.
Organized under the guidance of Faculty Coordinator Ms Roosha Shamoon and the UU-CSC student team, the seminar proved highly informative and impactful. Students gained a clear roadmap for future career opportunities, and the session received positive feedback for its practical relevance and expert insights. The UU- CSC team extended their gratitude to all faculty and student coordinators for their efforts in making the event a success.
