On World Bartender Day, USHHM celebrated and organised Battle of Flavour, Quiz competition activities related to mixology of beverages. Students showcased their innovative ideas, new techniques through mixology by using their tact and art of bartending Skills. The competition was basically judged based on presentation of the drinks, inherent knowledge/ innovative ideas, garnishing and taste of classical beverages.
Dr Manish Badoni, Director, USHHM was the Guest for the Battle of Flavour, He applauded the students who participated in the Bartending contest, as it helps the students to raise awareness about the art of bartending and its importance in the hospitality sector. He also extended his heartfelt thanks to the faculty members for their coordination and support in making the event a success.
The faculty members who were actively involved received the special note of thanks. Mr Vijay Pant and Mr Mukesh Dabral organised the whole event.
