IT-UTSAV 2.0

 

Uttaranchal School of Computing Sciences, Uttaranchal University organized the IT-UTSAV 2.0 on 18 April 2024 to create an environment that stimulates curiosity, fosters learning, and celebrates the limitless possibilities of technology. Various events such as "Code ke Boss," "Web ke Khiladi," "Chakravyooh," "Prashan Baan," "Parche pe Charcha," "Avishkar," “Gaming ke Dhurandhar”, "Shodh Dhaara" and “Reel Making” were featured, offering participants diverse opportunities to engage, compete, and innovate in the realm of computing science. The participation of students from Graphic Era University, Devbhoomi University, Shivalik College, HIT Alpine, ITM and many other universities and colleges enriched a variety of programs colleges. The IT Utsav was graced by the esteemed presence Shri Jitender Joshi Ji, Chancellor, Uttaranchal University, Shrimati Anuradha Joshi, Vice Chairperson, Sushila Devi Centre for Professional Studies, Ms. Ankita Joshi, Pro-Chancellor, Prof (Dr) Dharam Buddhi, Vice-Chancellor, Prof Rajesh Bahuguna, Pro Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Abhishek Joshi (Executive Director-Student Affairs & IT Services) Prof (Dr) Sonal Sharma Dean, USCS, Mr Pradipto Chakrabarty Regional Director, CompTia, Mr Vinayak, Nityanand Swami Jan Samiti, Mr Neeraj Diwedi, Head IDP, Mr Ashok, Director Ensimo, Dr Sameer Dev Sharma Hod-USCS. The newsletter-Computing Connect was officially inaugurated marking a significant milestone in the event's history and underscoring the commitment to communication. 

Prof (Dr) Sonal Sharma extended a warm welcome to all dignitaries. She highlighted IT_UTSAV as a hub for creativity, uniting academia and industry to pioneer tech innovation. Prof. Dharam Buddhi encouraged all to explore trends, exchange ideas, and build connections at IT_UTSAV. It offers diverse activities for all levels of expertise. Shri Jitender Joshi Ji, encouraged students to actively engage in software development for IT-Utsav events, fostering innovation and technological prowess among the student community. 

The IT-Utsav experienced robust alumni engagement, along with the enthusiastic support of Mr. Abhishek Pathak, Ms Manisha Saini, Ms Manisha Khanduja, Mr Harshit Gupta, and all USCS faculty.
