Seminar on "How to Become a Successful Entrepreneur by Balancing EQ, IQ through SQ”

The E-Cell of Uttaranchal School of computing Sciences organized an insightful seminar on "How to Become a Successful Entrepreneur by Balancing EQ, IQ through SQ” on 10 February 2025. The event aimed to equip participants with practical strategies, real-world insights, and motivational guidance to foster a balanced and resilient entrepreneurial mindset. The speakers of the event were Mr Ashish Kumar Porwal, Convener- Swavalambhi Bharat Abhiyan, Mr Shikhar Contact Head- Swavalambhi Bharat Abhiyan & Founder of Voice of Uttarakhand, Mr Sunil Mehta Advisory district Dehradun. 

The event commenced with the auspicious lamp-lighting ceremony. This was followed by the felicitation of esteemed guest speakers. The occasion was honored by the gracious presence of Prof (Dr) Rajesh Singh, Director DRI, adding to the prestige of the event. 

Prof (Dr) Sonal Sharma, Director USCS emphasized integrating intellect with emotional and spiritual intelligence for overcoming challenges, building strong teams, and ensuring business sustainability. 

Mr Ashish Kumar Porwal emphasized the balance between EQ, IQ, and SQ for long-term success, while participants actively presented real-world solutions. The event also had a patriotic touch, with Mr Shikhar inspiring students through a patriotic song. Adding depth, Mr Sunil Mehta shared his entrepreneurial journey, highlighting perseverance and the holistic balance of intellect, emotions, and spirituality, motivating aspiring entrepreneurs. 

Under the guidance of Dr Sameer Dev Sharma HoD USCS, the event was successfully coordinated by Ms Manisha Saini, Ms Manisha Khanduja and Ms Ruby Faizan, with the support of Mr Akhilesh Pandey, Ms Khushboo Singhal, Mr Gaurav Choudhary and dedicated student volunteer.
