Workshop on “AWS Cloud Computing”

Cyclopean Club of Uttaranchal School of Computing Sciences (USCS), Uttaranchal University organized a workshop on “AWS Cloud Computing” on 18th November 2024. The expert of the workshop was Mr Mayank Srivastav, Specialised in Microservices, Cloud and Security. 

Prof (Dr) Sonal Sharma, Director USCS emphasized that AWS Cloud Computing provides an excellent opportunity to build scalable, secure, and efficient solutions while acquiring practical experience with advanced tools and services. 

Mr Mayank delivered an insightful session on AWS Cloud Computing, providing students with a comprehensive understanding of cloud technology and its transformative impact on modern businesses. He introduced key AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS, explaining their functionalities and applications in real-world scenarios. 

The students actively engaged in the AWS Cloud Computing session, participating in hands-on exercises, asking questions, and applying AWS tools to real-world scenarios. Under the guidance of Dr Sameer Dev Sharm, HoD USCS, workshop was successfully coordinated by Mr Akhilesh Pandey and Ms. Nisha Rana with the support of Ms Manisha Saini and Ms Manisha Khanduja.
