Hospitality Club, USHHM on 11 October 2024 organized an Industrial visit to Antara Senior Care Living, Dehradun which is an Upscale Senior Care Facility, to gain hands-on knowledge and practical insights into the core departments of the hospitality industry. This visit allowed the students to observe the real-world application of hospitality management principles in a unique setting focused on elderly care. During their visit, students were introduced to several critical departments within Antara Senior Living. The Industrial Visit was coordinated by Mr. Trilochan Singh Nautiyal and Mr Kamal Singh Bisht, Assistant Professor, USHHM. The visit emphasized the importance of empathy, attention to detail, and service excellence in enhancing the quality of life for residents in senior living environments. Ms. Hardeep Jas Narnauliya, Head of Learning & Development at Antara, motivated the students and imparted operational aspects of the Hospitality Industry. Dr Manish Badoni, Director, USHHM also conveyed special thanks to Antara Management for this fruitful visit and exposure they have given to the students at Uttaranchal School of Hotel & Hospitality Management.
