An Industrial Visit to Amber Enterprises, Dehradun was organized by CRC Club of Uttaranchal Institute of Management for MBA First Year students on 23 August 2024.
The objective of the visit was to make the students aware about the Manufacturing Co, mainly focused on contract manufacturing and distribution systems.
The students were welcomed by Mr Abhay Pratap Singh, Manager HR & Admin. The tudents were escorted by the production supervisor to visit various sections of the plant. The students observed the air-conditioning units being manufactured by the company. He also explained about the supply chain management, distribution and marketing process of the company working as a solution provider for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Airconditioning) industry.
At the end, students were invited for queries which were responded by him aptly and with proper details. Students appreciated the practical exposure received by them.
Dr Bipin Kandpal and Mr Ashish Jugran were the coordinators of the visit which was proposed and guided by Prof (Dr) Pradeep Suri, Director, UIM & Dr Tilottama Singh, HoD, Management.
