The Department of Aerospace Engineering and the Department of Aviationorganized a two-day workshop “Drone Technology” and “National Space Day” Exhibition for the students at Uttaranchal University on August 22 to 23 August 2024.
The Drone Technology Workshop is a flagship event that introduces attendees to the dynamic and rapidly evolving world of drone technology. Prof (Dr) Dharam Buddhi, Vice- Chancellor and Prof (Dr) Rajesh Bahuguna, Pro Vice- Chancellor visited the exhibition and appreciated the students.
The event was inaugurated by Prof (Dr) Sumit Chaudhary, Dean, UIT, Prof (Dr) Rajesh Singh, Director, DRI, Capt. Swarn Sharma. Dr Sachin Srivastava, Head, Aerospace Engineering, Ms Priyanka Arun Kumar, Head, Aviation, Dr S P Gairola Program Coordinator, with the members of faculty of Aerospace.
This workshop and exhibition provided a unique platform to improve the knowledge and abilities of students in the fascinating field of drones and space science, regardless of their level of experience, whether they are beginners interested in learning the basics of drone operations or professionals looking to move ahead in sophisticated drone applications.
