The Uttaranchal School of Computing Sciences (USCS), Uttaranchal University, organized an industrial visit to Rubico IT Pvt. Ltd., Dehradun, on 11 September 2026 for the MCA students. The visit provided students with an excellent opportunity to witness the functioning of a professional IT organization and gain practical exposure to the rapidly evolving software industry.
During the visit, students had an engaging interaction with Ms. Ankita Rawat, HR, who shared valuable insights into the organization, recruitment process, workplace expectations, career growth, and essential skills for success in the IT industry. Mr. Amit, Frontend Developer, further enriched the interaction by providing practical insights into frontend development, industry practices, and real-world project requirements.
Special appreciation was extended to Prof. (Dr.) Sonal Sharma, Director-USCS, and Prof. (Dr.) Sameer Dev Sharma, HoD-USCS for their invaluable support and guidance in making the industrial visit meaningful and enriching for the students.
The visit was coordinated by Ms. Manisha Saini and Mr. Ashish Bhatt, with the valuable support of Ms. Manisha Khanduja. The visit proved to be an insightful and memorable learning experience, inspiring students to explore new possibilities and prepare themselves for successful careers in the IT industry.
