An educational visit to the Regional Science Center, UCOST, Dehradun was organized for the students of the B.Sc. Biotechnology, School of Applied and Life Sciences, on 5th May 2026 with the objective of enhancing scientific awareness and practical understanding among students. The visit proved to be highly informative and engaging for all participants.
During the visit, students explored various scientific galleries, interactive exhibits, and innovative models related to physics, biology, space science, robotics, and environmental science. The center provided an excellent opportunity for students to understand scientific concepts through hands-on activities and live demonstrations. The 3D science show and exhibits on emerging technologies attracted special attention and increased students' curiosity towards scientific innovations. The visit also encouraged students to develop analytical thinking, observation skills, and interest in research-oriented learning.
Overall, the educational tour to the Regional Science Center between theoretical knowledge and practical understanding, motivating students to explore science and technology with greater enthusiasm and interest.
