The Book Launch of Amalgamation 3 was organized by the Expressions; Literary Club UIT on 3rd October 2025 in the seminar hall from 3:30 to 4:30 pm. The event, anchored by Rahul and Diya, celebrated creativity, expression, and the literary achievements of the university’s students.
The event was enriched by inspiring words from our esteemed dignitaries.
* Vice President Ma’am, Ms. Ankita Joshi, appreciated the Literary Committee’s efforts and encouraged students to continue exploring creativity alongside academics.
* Professor Dr. Anil Dixit, Chairperson literary committee and chairperson HRDA also addressed the gathering, highlighting the importance of nurturing literary culture within the campus. He commended the contributors for their dedication and urged students to view writing not just as an art, but as a powerful medium of thought and self-expression.
*Professor Dr Sumit Chaudhary, Director UIT emphasized the role of literature in shaping young minds and praised the contributors of Amalgamation 3.0 for giving voice to their imagination.
* Mr. Ramesh Bhateja who is a social activist with over 30 years of contribution to cleanliness. He is a Limca Book of Records and India Book of Records holder, has represented India at the World Stage for record holders, and is also the recipient of the prestigious Swachh Shree Award (SME of India). Alongside his activism, he is a poet whose words have enriched our campus literary spirit.” He also shared his reflections as a student contributor and coordinator, expressing gratitude to the university and mentors for providing a platform that recognizes student talent and fosters confidence in writing.
The highlight of the day was the unveiling of Amalgamation 3, a collection showcasing the work of 25 student writers. Each contributor was honored with a certificate and medal.
Prof. (Dr.) Pinki Chugh addressed the gathering, encouraging students to pursue writing with passion. The dignitaries were thanked for their constant support, and the event concluded with a message to keep reading, writing, and nurturing imagination.
