Uttaranchal College of Nursing, Uttaranchal University organized a parent’s teachers meeting in seminar Hall, Uttaranchal College of Nursing, Uttaranchal University. The meeting aimed to strengthen communication between faculty and parents while ensuring smooth adaptation of students to the academic and clinical environment. Dr. Midhu Kurian principal of this esteemed college warmly welcomed all parents. During the session, faculty members introduced the curriculum, rules, and regulations of the college, along with details about academic expectations, clinical training, and extracurricular opportunities. Parents were encouraged to share their views and interact with the teachers to foster better collaboration for the holistic development of students. The importance of cooperation between the institution and parents for the holistic development of students was highlighted and Discussion on Rules and Regulations like Attendance, Uniform & Discipline, Examination & Internal Assessment, Hostel Rules, Library& Academic Resources, and Clinical Training. Parents were requested to regularly monitor their ward’s academic performance, discipline, and well-being. The importance of counselling and emotional support from the family was emphasized.
