Law College Dehradun, faculty of Uttaranchal University organized 3rd Intramural Mediation Competition under the aegis of Alternative Dispute Resolution Centre. The event drew participation from 32 teams and unfolded across four distinct stages: Preliminary, Quarter-Final, Semi-Final, and Final Rounds, where teams engaged in spirited competition to showcase their mediation skills.
Preceding the competition, a mock demonstration and mediation training session were conducted by the executive members of the Centre. Subsequently, the preliminary, Quarter-Final, and Semi- Final rounds took place from March 4th to March 6th, 2025, where teams were evaluated by esteemed faculty members of the Law College Dehradun. Finally, on March 11th, 2024, the successful culmination of the competition occurred with the presence of faculty members and students. The principal assessors for the final round were Prof (Dr) Rajesh Bahuguna, Pro Vice- Chancellor, Dean, Law College Dehradun & Director of LCD-ADRC, and (Dr) Radhey Shyam Jha, Head of Department, Law College Dehradun & Chairperson of LCD-ADRC.
