The Uttaranchal Institute of Management (UIM) organized a Seminar titled “GEET INFOSYS Career Readiness and Placement Program” on 5 February 2025 for students. The seminar was conducted by Ms Pallavi Gupta: Project Coordinator and Master Trainer from GEET INFOSYS powered by LEARNET SKILL.
Ms Pallavi Gupta has created a training module for undergraduate and postgraduate students, covering Career Readiness, Communication, Domain Awareness, Customer Engagement, Digital Fluency, and Quantitative Reasoning. Led by an experienced master trainer from Learnet Skills, with 16+ years of expertise, the program has successfully trained over 10,000 candidates through CSR initiatives with organizations like State Urban Development Cooperation and the Ministry of Rural Development. The trainer has also formed partnerships with top universities across India.
During the seminar, Ms Gupta has designed and delivered training programs that focus on enhancing professional preparedness, effective communication, and industry-specific knowledge, ensuring students are well-versed in their chosen fields emphasizing customer relations, digital literacy, and the development of analytical thinking and problem-solving skills through quantitative reasoning.
Throughout the session, she engaged the students with real-world examples and emphasized the importance of quantitative reasoning in problem-solving. By the end of the session, students felt more confident and empowered to approach their future careers with a clear understanding of what it takes to thrive.

He remarked that the seminar equipped students with crucial skills such as career readiness, effective communication, and analytical thinking, enhancing their overall professional readiness.
