A team of MBA final-year students from Uttaranchal Institute of Management (UIM), Uttaranchal University, had the honour of participating in the Pinnacle 2.0 Business Summit held on 09 February 2025, at IIM Sirmaur, this summit was a prestigious gathering of corporate leaders, industry experts, and management students from across the country. The event provided a platform for insightful discussions on emerging business trends, offering valuable perspectives on the evolving corporate landscape. They were also accompanied by faculty coordinators Mr Anirudh Arora, Dr Bhartee, and Ms Ridhi Singh, whose guidance and support enhanced the learning experience. The key highlights of the seminar focuses on E-Commerce & Digital Transformation, Industry experts like Mr Rohit Gulati, Director, Marketing India Johnson & Johnson, Mr Harshit Shah, DGM Piramal Consumer, Kartik Ratiar, Senior Director, Sharechat and Abhishek Gupta, CMO , Edelweiss Insurance shed light on the rapid evolution of e-commerce, emphasizing the impact of AI, data-driven marketing, and consumer behaviour shifts in the digital age.
HR leaders like Yahya Rasheed, Neha Jain, Arpan Omray , Monika Garg shared insights on the importance of data-driven performance evaluation, employee engagement, and leadership development in organizations. A significant session focused on Viksit Bharat, India’s roadmap for economic development and self-reliance.
