The Women Cell of Uttaranchal School of Hotel and Hospitality Management (USHHM) successfully organized a Poster Making Competition on 28 November 2024, on the theme of “Breaking Barriers: Building an Inclusive Future”. The initiative aimed to foster awareness and encourage meaningful dialogue on gender sensitization among students.
The event saw enthusiastic participation from students who creatively expressed their perspectives on inclusivity and equality through impactful posters.
The event featured an inspiring address by Dr Manish Badoni, Director, USHHM who praised the initiative and highlighted the importance of promoting inclusivity in society. He commended the Women Cell for organizing such a thoughtful event.
Dr Babita Rawat, Dr Megha Agarwal and Mr Nitish Kumar Bhardwaj, the esteemed judges of the competition, appreciated the participants’ efforts and creativity. They emphasized the relevance of the theme and encouraged students to continue advocating for gender equality.

Second Runner up- Anchal Gusain & Puspendra Kumar
The event was coordinated by Mr Hitendra Singh Chauhan, Assistant Professor USHHM, with active involvement from the students and faculty members of the Women Cell. Their collective efforts ensured the event's success, reflecting USHHM’s commitment to creating a progressive and inclusive environment.
