The Department of Civil Engineering at Uttaranchal Institute of Technology celebrated the Vishwakarma Pooja on 17 September 2024. The event was conducted with great enthusiasm and devotion, with all civil engineering students actively participating in the celebration.
In addition to the student participation, several HODs from various departments across UIT also attended the pooja, highlighting the unity and reverence for Lord Vishwakarma, the divine architect and engineer of the gods, known for his extraordinary craftsmanship and creation of divine structures. The pooja holds immense significance in the engineering field, as it invokes blessings for creativity, craftsmanship, and success in professional endeavors.
The celebration included a traditional aarti, which added a deeply spiritual dimension to the pooja.
The ceremony was followed by the distribution of prasadam to all attendees, enhancing the communal and spiritual experience.
