We are elated to share that Uttaranchal Institute of Management, Uttaranchal University, Dehradun organized FESTLA-5.0 on 02 April 2024.
Prof (Dr) Pradeep Suri, Dean, UIM on the behalf of the university extended a warm welcome to our esteemed Shri Jitender Joshi, Chancellor, Smt. Anuradha Joshi, Chairperson, Sushila Devi Centre for Professional Studies & Research, Ms. Ankita Joshi, Pro Chancellor, Revered Guest Shri S K Mehta, Prof (Dr) Dharam Buddhi, Vice-Chancellor, Prof (Dr) Bahuguna, Pro Vice-Chancellor, UU along with other dignitaries. Dr Suri said that UIM is a leading institution dedicated to fostering academic excellence, innovation, and holistic development among its students. Shri Jitender Joshi Ji delivered an inspiring speech to motivate students towards maximum participation in academic and extracurricular activities.
The young and dynamic Pro Chancellor of Uttaranchal University, Ms Ankita Joshi said that FESTLA-2024 is a celebration of diverse skills and talents, a day filled with excitement, creativity and fierce competition that fosters personal growth and development among students.
The festivities began with a grand Inauguration ceremony, setting the stage for a day packed with a diverse range of activities - The Rangoli Competition, Portfolio King, Building Towers, Branding Quiz, Painting & Sketching, Roadies and Find the W (Treasure Hunt), Arena, Shabdo ka Safar (Poetry Competition), Dancing & singing and Fashion show.
As the day ended, participants gathered for the Prize Distribution ceremony, where winners were recognized for their outstanding achievements across all competitions. The event was coordinated by Ms. Sonakshi Bhatia, Head- Cultural and Academic Affairs, UIM and Mr Rohit Dhyani, Coordinator, Cultural Events, UIM and all the faculty members as joint efforts to make the event successful. More than 922 students participated in the events and the fest was attended by more than 2300+ students and faculty members.
