The Physics Department of the School of Applied and Life Sciences (SALS), Uttaranchal University, organized a guest lecture on "Future Prospects with the National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning (NPTEL): Certification and Recognition" on 01 March 2024, with the belief that such an event would greatly benefit the students by empowering them with valuable knowledge and guidance regarding NPTEL certifications and their potential impact on their future endeavours.
In this perspective, Dr Ishteyaaq Ahmed from USCS, Uttaranchal University, was invited as a guest speaker. He highlighted practical insights into the process of obtaining NPTEL certifications, detailed information on registration procedures, course completion requirements, and examination protocols. Students from different disciplines of the School of Applied & Life Sciences participated in the guest lecture. This training was coordinated by Prof (Dr) B S Rawat, Dr Narinder Kumar, Dr Pankaj Rawat, Dr Pooja Rawat and Ms Shradha Kalkhundiya from the Physics Department.
