From traditional dances to dazzling performances, these events showcased the spirit of Diwali in a festive extravaganza.
It was a two day fest organized by the Cultural and Events Committee and Branding Cell of Uttaranchal University.
The first day comprised the Intra College Cultural competition and the second day witnessed the grand Diwali Mela.
On November 7th 2023, the Diwali Carnival was inaugurated with the Intra University Cultural Competition at the Swami Vivekananda Auditorium. The talented students left the audience awestruck with their stellar performances.

The best performances from the Intra Collegiate Competition were showcased at the Diwali Mela held at the Main Ground of Uttaranchal University on November 8th, 2023.
The audience was awed with the performances. The war of bands and Bhangra performance by Dehradun Bhangra Club added to the charm of the grand celebration. The stalls were a sight to behold ranging from food stalls that comprised South Indian dishes and National sweet to the game stalls that kept the students captivated.
The Diwali Celebration was a moment to cherish for all students and guests with electric dance performances and music.
