Law College Dehradun, Faculty of Uttaranchal University organizes “Happiness @ life” a workshop on “Happy Workplace Dynamics and Adaptations” under the initiative of DIQAC of LCD on 8 August 2023. Prof Vaishali Dhingra, Professor of Management from Rama University, Kanpur, the key presenter captivated the packed hall of students and teachers with her interactive and experiential workshop. Her views on how one can manage life happily as she spoke of the monkey, lizard and mouse in us humans and how we have to nurture each separately yet unitedly by petting the lizard, hugging the monkey and feeding the mouse, interested the audience. It was undoubtedly an enthralling session of life experiences shared by the erudite scholar, the audience enjoyed the talk which earnestly urged each one of us to practice being happy by “reframing” and “shift up” our priorities and making a paradigm shift from “I wish” to “I can”. Law College Dehradun was indeed happy and enthused to host Dr Dhingra in this highly motivating and refreshing session on the afternoon of 8th of August.
