The Ministry of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises is working to give MSMEs and Indian citizens the tools they need to put their creative thinking caps on and come up with novel solutions while keeping an eye out for regional fixes to regional issues. This generational shift could give India the competitive edge it needs to elevate its social, cultural, and economic ecosystem to a global level.
A one day seminar on Innovative Ideas and startups through MSME hackathon 2.0 was held the 14th November 2022. Dr. V. Ramakrishnan, Deputy Director, Ministry of MSME, set, of India, New Delhi and Mr. Subhash Chand, Assistant Director, Ministry of MSME Govt of India, New Delhi were the chief guests on the occasion.
The guests were welcomed and felicitated by Shri Jitendra Joshi, Chancellor, Uttaranchal University, Dehradun and Dr. S.S Sehgal, Vice President, Uttaranchal University, Dehradun, Dr. (Prof.) Rajesh Singh, Director, Division of Research & Innovation, Uttaranchal University and Dr. (Prof.) Anita Gehlot, HoD, Division of Research & Innovation, Uttaranchal University. They had an interactive session with the faculty members and the students and shared all the information about MSME startups and the govt. policies regarding them as well as cleared .The doubts of the student during the session. Ms. Ashima Juyal, Division of Research & Innovation, hosted the event.
