The initiative aimed to equip faculty members with the knowledge and skills to adopt modern teaching strategies aligned with NEP 2020. The programme aimed to inform faculty members about their roles and responsibilities while sharing effective, high-quality, outcome-focused teaching strategies, with the overall goal of enhancing the institution. Significant academic challenges were highlighted to the faculty by Prof (Dr) Vikash Jakhmola, Director, UIPS who also provided guidance on how to address them effectively. Moreover, he summarised the organisation's policies and protocols along with expectations for outstanding research and collaboration.
