Uttaranchal Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Uttaranchal University organized an Alumni Meet for the students of Pharmacy on 03 December 2024. The event aimed to foster an interaction between the alumni and faculty members.
UIPS welcomed all the alumni in the presence of Prof (Dr) Vikash Jakhmola, Director, UIPS, Dr.Nidhi Gairola, HoD, UIPS and all the faculty members. Dr Nidhi Gairola highlighted the need for and the importance of alumni interactions for any organization. She also enlightened the alumni about future proposals of the university to support the alumni, to enhance their creativity, to guide them professionally and about the collaboration of alumni and the institute to achieve mutual objectives. Prof (Dr) Vikash Jakhmola congratulated all the gold medalists and alumni of all the programs including M Pharma, B Pharma, and D Pharma, wishing them the best for their future endeavours.

An enthusiastic and interactive session was conducted with the alumni where each student participated actively along with the faculty members, who expressed their views and shared their experiences. On the conclusion of the event, a vote of thanks was proposed by Dr Nidhi Gairola. The event was successfully coordinated by Mr Ayush Dangwal, Alumni Coordinator UIPS under the guidance of Prof (Dr) Vikash Jakhmola, Director, UIPS and Dr Nidhi Gairola, HoD, UIPS.
