The Uttaranchal School of Hotel & Hospitality Management organized an engaging and skill-enhancing workshop on Towel Art (Towel Origami) on 22 November 2024. The event was graced by the esteemed presence of Mr Manish Singh, a renowned hospitality professional and an expert in creative towel-folding techniques.
The workshop aimed to equip students with the artistic and practical skills required to create stunning towel decorations, an essential aspect of enhancing guest experiences in the hospitality industry. Mr Singh demonstrated the intricate art of folding towels into captivating shapes, such as swans, flowers, and animals, while sharing insights into the significance of towel art in elevating room aesthetics and leaving a lasting impression on guests.
Students enthusiastically participated in the hands-on session, practicing the techniques under Mr Singh’s expert guidance. The workshop not only enhanced their technical expertise but also emphasized creativity, attention to detail, and the importance of personalization in hospitality services.
