Law College Dehradun celebrated Teacher’s Day under the aegis of Cultural Committee of the college on 5th of September 2024 with great fun and enthusiasm. This day aims to value and acknowledge the contribution of the teaching fraternity in shaping young minds.
The event began with a colorful performance of Garhwali dance by Prakriti & Group. A solo dance performance by Krishna was an enthralling one. This was followed by a Bollywood Band performance by Abhinav. Garhwali Solo singing performance by Ms Gargi Pant was tremendous and the Bollywood dance by Richa and Vedika was a very lively and a polished event which made the audience tap to the beats. Punjabi solo singing by Sanowar captivated the audience with her mellifluous voice while the Bhangra dance by Swarnima & Group exhibited a vibrant and exuberant performance. The event was well coordinated and anchored by Ridhima and Kartikey.
Prof (Dr) Poonam Rawat, Principal, Law College Dehradun in her valuable speech appreciated and acknowledged the Cultural Committee head Ms Ravneet Kaur and the participants for their laudable organization of the event. The event marked the presence of all the faculty members of Law College Dehradun along with the administrative and supportive staff. The event ended with inspiring words by Dr Radhey Shyam Head, Law College Dehradun who wished luck for the future events and also congratulated the team for organizing such an amazing event.
